01 Delete your account from the app

1. Open Croco Fit and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Account and Pro.
3. At the bottom of the page, in the Danger zone section, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with Delete everything from the cloud.

You need to be signed in to the account (the one you used to create a Pack or subscribe to Pro). You can also use Croco Fit without an account: in that case there is nothing to delete on our servers.

02 What is deleted from the cloud

• your account and email address;
• your visible name and public profile;
• the Pro subscription status we keep;
• data synced to the cloud (workouts, meals, weigh-ins, plans and the other information saved with the account);
• progress photos and your Pack profile picture;
• your Pack memberships, invitations and shared activity linked to the account.
• your relationships with a personal trainer, the plans and appointments received or sent and the shared progress summary (if you are a trainer, also those of the clients linked to you).

Any backup copies containing this data are deleted within 30 days of the account deletion.

03 What is not deleted

• Data on your phone. It stays until you uninstall the app: to remove it, just uninstall Croco Fit (or clear the app data in your phone settings).
• Your subscription. Deleting the account does not cancel it: cancel it in the store. On Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
• Purchase records that Google, Apple and the subscription service (RevenueCat) keep under their own rules and legal obligations.

04 No longer have the app or can't sign in?

You can ask for deletion by writing to us from the email address of the account, so we can check it's you. Please state that address in the message.

Write the deletion request

If you write from a different address, we will ask you to confirm the request with a code sent to the account address. We delete the account and the cloud data within 30 days (usually within a few days) and confirm by email when it is done.
